I offer consultation for therapists and mental health professionals who are already practicing independently and are seeking depth, clarity, and refinement in their work. Consultation is distinct from therapy and from formal clinical supervision, and is designed as a collaborative, non-evaluative space focused on growth rather than oversight.
My consultation work is grounded in the Coeur EMBRACE Integrative Model and is best suited for clinicians who are invested in mastery, ethical responsibility, and thoughtful integration—rather than quick fixes or technique accumulation.

Clinical Consultation for EMDR Therapists (Not Supervision)
Clinical consultation for EMDR therapists is available for licensed clinicians who want a space to think more deeply about their work without entering a supervisory relationship. This is not supervision and does not involve monitoring, documentation review, or responsibility for clinical decision-making.
Consultation often focuses on moments where the work feels complex, stuck, or difficult to pace safely. Common themes include early attachment injuries, dissociation, titration, and working beneath narrative or insight-based approaches. The emphasis is on sharpening clinical thinking, strengthening attunement, and increasing confidence in complex cases.
This space is collegial rather than hierarchical. It is designed for clinicians who want thoughtful dialogue with an experienced peer—someone who can help them slow down, clarify, and move forward with greater precision and steadiness.
EMDR Consultation & Advanced Practice Support
I provide EMDR consultation for clinicians pursuing EMDR certification, as well as advanced consultation for experienced EMDR therapists who want to deepen their work beyond basic protocol application.
Consultation may include working with dissociation, attachment-based targets, early developmental trauma, and integrating EMDR with parts-based and relational approaches. The focus is on practicing EMDR with depth, flexibility, and safety—moving away from rigid protocol adherence while maintaining fidelity to the model.
This work is especially well-suited for clinicians who want to strengthen their internal clinical compass: knowing when to proceed, when to pause, and how to respond moment-to-moment without sacrificing structure or containment.
Professional & Practice Consultation
Professional consultation is available for therapists seeking support with the non-clinical aspects of their work, including practice development, sustainability, and professional decision-making.
This may include consultation around:
- building or reshaping a private practice
- navigating professional transitions or growth
- aligning clinical values with business decisions
- preventing burnout through structure and clarity
- developing a coherent professional identity
This work is practical and reflective. It is designed to support clinicians in building practices that are ethical, sustainable, and aligned with how they want to work—without losing depth or integrity in the process.
Who This Is For
Clinical & Professional Consultation is best suited for clinicians who:
- are already licensed and practicing independently
- value depth, structure, and ethical precision
- want consultation rather than oversight
- are committed to ongoing learning and refinement
It is not intended as a substitute for supervision, nor as an entry-level training space.
